Produit à partir d’eaux de vie extraites des Fins Bois et Bons Bois, ce VSOP vient rappeler avec une belle prestance qu’un excellent cognac peut s’obtenir sur n’importe laquelle des appellations. Fondu, léger, il alterne avec un charme certain des nuances de rose, d’épices (cannelle, girofle) et de fruit murs à point. Avenant et facile à boire.

Produced from brandy extracted from Fins Bois and Bons Bois, this reminds VSOP with a personable an excellent cognac can get on any of the names. Melted light, it alternates with a charming shades of pink, spices (cinnamon, cloves) and fruit walls point. Outgoing and easy to drink.
ABK6 EXTRA
Très évolué, très abouti dans sa maturité, ce XO puissant et structuré enchaîne dans un beau fondu ses arômes de crème brulée, de fruits secs (noix), de vanille avec une note de floral (jasmin) et de boisé de chêne ; le tout évoluant lentement vers quelque chose de plus patissier avec une pointe d’épices. Même terminé, on a du mal à lâcher son verre.

Very well made , highly accomplished in his maturity,this XO powerful and structured melts beautifully together aromas of creme brulee, dried fruits (nuts), vanilla with a hint of floral (jasmine) and woody oak, the whole slowly progressing to something more pastry with a hint of spice. Well done, it’s hard to stop drinking it.

Talentueux porte-parole de la Petit Champagne, ce VSOP se donne tout en délicatesse. La finesse de son floral et de son boisé s’agrémente de tonales vanillées et épicées ; avec une petite incursion de la réglisse et du vieux cuir. Le tout est prononcé, mais caressant. La finale sur le chêne est nette. On aime.

The smoothness of its floral and woody is embellished with tones of vanilla and spicy, with a small incursion of licorice and old leather. The whole is delivered, but caressing. The final of the oak is clear. We love.

Extrêmement direct, clair et droit, ce VSOP fait preuve d’un punch certain ; pas d’agressivité cependant. On le sent musclé certes, mais d’un muscle longiligne, bien formé et bien dessiné qui lui fait une corpulence harmonieuse. Le nez est vivace, frais, dominé par le fruit, des senteurs de bois, l’épice et une touche de grillé. La bouche ample et chaude se termine sur la vanille et le bois.

Une forte personnalité dans ce cognac ambivalent qui déroute agréablement par sa réserve et ses effets de surprise. Le fruit sec – abricot notamment – et l’épice y mette une douceur presque moelleuse que ponctuent en pointillé un sec boisé de chêne et des notes poivrées. La longueur est bonne. L’équilibre l’est tout autant. Très plaisant.

A strong personality in this ambivalent cognac which routs nicely by its reservation and surprise effects. Dried fruit – apricots especially – and spice add an almost mellow sweetness punctuated by dry oak dotted wood and peppery notes. The length is good. The balance is equally important. Very pleasant.
