Le premier nez est d’une grande richesse et d’une incroyable intensité, grâce aux tierçons, les fûts rarissimes et plusieurs fois centenaires dans lesquels les eaux-de-vie vieillissent. Le deuxième nez développe de délicates notes florales, comme l’immortelle ou l’iris, issues du meilleur de la Grande Champagne. Le troisième nez est riche de tonalités épicées, comme le gingembre ou la noix de muscade, provenant du vieillissement en fûts en bois de chêne du Limousin.

Remarkably intense nose thanks to hundred centuries old year rare kegs where water-spirits is aged. The second nose develops delicate floral notes, such as the iris or the everlasting flower issued from the best of the Grande Champagne. The third nose is rich with spicy tones, such as ginger or nutmeg, deriving from the aging in wooden barrels of Limousin oak.

Sous sa robe d’ambre acajou, ce cognac d’exception concentre, un beau florilège d’arômes. Annoncé par un nez frais, le bouquet compose avec la bergamote et l’écorce d’orange, sous-tendues par un fruité rappelant les baies noires et le cassis. En suspend, les notes de girofle, de cannelle et de vanille viennent évoquer la douceur du pain d’épices sur laquelle sa bouche se prolonge longuement.

With its amber mahogany colour, this exceptionnal cognac focuses a beautiful anthology of flavors. The nose shows fresh notes; the bergamot and orange rind, subtended by a fruity reminiscent of dark berries and cassis compose the floral bouquet. Next come, notes of clove, cinnamon and vanilla evoking the sweetness of gingerbread on an extended finish.
