Produit d’une eau de vie jeune, mais bien faite, ce VSOP fait exception. Au nez tout comme en bouche, il donne la sensation d’une éclosion soudaine de fleurs, relayée par des saveurs de fruits frais : l’abricot, la reine-claude et le raisin s’augmentent d’un boisé de chêne très agréable, avec une touche d’amande. Puissant, souple, il prouve que la valeur n’attend pas toujours le nombre des années.

Product of brandy young, but well done, this VSOP makes exception. On nose as in mouth, it gives the sensation of a sudden blossoming flower, supported by fresh fruit flavors: a pleasant oak woodland with a touch of almond is added to the apricot, greengage and grapes. Powerful, soft, it shows that the value does not always wait the number of years.

Mature, franc de goût mais avec un joli fondu, ce VSOP bien structuré développe avec une appréciable lenteur ses parfums de bois, de boîte à cigare et son fruité où ressort la fraicheur de la prune. Alcool vivant, il garde toute son identité, quelle que soit la façon que l’on peut avoir de le consommer : en apéritif, sur glace ou avec du tonic, comme en digestif.
